Here are the most frequently asked questions about the course. - When does the course start? You can begin the course immediately after purchase. You can take it entirely at your own pace - as fast or slow as you like - and you’re free to return to any lesson at any time. - How long do I have access to the course? You will have access for one year after purchase. - The price only shows up in EURO. Can I purchase this course if I'm outside of EU? Yes! Even if you’re outside the EU, you can still purchase the course, as your bank will automatically convert the payment from euros into your local currency. - Are the materials included in the course? No, you will need to purchase your materials separately. It’s recommended to watch through the course first, as you might discover that you don’t need every tool or material shown for your specific project. - I can't buy Zhermack products where I live. Can I use another type of silicone? Yes! The course is designed with Zhermack products, but you will also learn how to choose the right silicone for your project. Once you understand the principles, you can absolutely apply the same steps using other brands of silicone. - Can I follow this course if I have no prior experience? Yes, absolutely! This course is designed for complete beginners. - I already have some experience with mold making - will this course still help me? If you already know how to choose the right silicone, avoid air bubbles, and troubleshoot curing inhibition issues, you may find this course more introductory. If that’s the case, you might prefer my upcoming advanced courses, where we take molds of more complex shapes. - Do I need a workshop or special equipment, or can I do this at home? Everything in this course can be done at home with minimal tools and materials. - Can I ask questions if I get stuck? Absolutely. You can leave your questions inside the course platform, and I’ll do my best to help you troubleshoot. - How long does the course take to complete? It depends on your pace. Watching the videos back-to-back would take a few hours. Completing the first mold will take you 1–2 days, depending on curing times. - Can I use these silicones for chocolate or baking molds? The silicones in this course are not suitable for edible projects. However, you can apply the same methods to food-safe silicones as well.  - Do I need artistic skills to do silicone mold making? No. Silicone mold making is a technical skill, not an artistic one. If you can follow instructions, you can make a mold. - What is the refund policy? Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
